Sussex beef bresaola is produced by John & Jose at Moons Green in Kent and is made with Old Fashioned ‘Pope’s eye’ or Silverside of Sussex Limousine Cattle & cured with a great blend of spices, a classic bresaloa with a British twist.
It is air dried & aged for two to three months and the result is a seriously rich and intense flavoured product with hints of juniper with a lasting finish. This is one of our best selling whole muscles and offers great value for money.
