Smoked Organic Ashdown Forester is a young, firm un-pressed cheese with a creamy, slightly squidgy texture, which has been naturally smoked over oak shavings.
It has an attractive shape and basketweave texture on the natural rind.
Matured for around three months this is a fantastic cheese that works as well for cooking and melting as it does on a cheeseboard.
