British Beef Biltong is produced for us by David at Calcot farm in Steyning.
He uses Sussex beef which he then cures in salt and spices before air drying, we usually stock various flavours including cumin & coriander, Pepper & Garlic and Chilli & Garlic.
Please leave a note in the checkout if you would like a particular flavour, we slice to order for freshness.
