Our First Blog December 2016
We've been busy little bunnies here at GB Charcuterie and with so much going on we've decided to create our first blog post to keep you in the loop, here's what's happening this month !
Saturday 17th December
Black Cow Vodka
We've got the fantastic Harry Roper from @blackcowvodka in store from 12pm-3pm offering the chance to sample their fantastic cheddar and whey vodka.
Black cow are an amazing zero waste dairy farm based in West Dorset and produce a stunning crystaline, wax bound, mature cheddar and rather uniquely they created a way to utilise the byproduct, whey !
The cheddar is rich, creamy, lactic and smooth with a great texture and the vodka is simply one of the best available today, smooth and velvety.
If you miss this chance to sample these fantastic products with Harry just pop in and ask the guys for a taste, we'll have samples available all through December.

Myles from the fantastic Mount Vineyard in Kent will be joining us for a night of relaxed, informative wine and food pairing at our HQ in Brighton marina from 7pm - 9pm.

The Mount vineyard produce some fantastic wines and have been supplying us from the start, the Rose Key in particular is one of our best sellers and all their wines are very well priced, everything you taste will be available to purchase after the tastings.
