One of our favourites from our friends at Alsop & Walker Based in Mayfield Sussex. Sussex crumble has been inspired by an old recipie but given a modern twist. It's a creamy semi hard cheese with citrusy undertones and slightly nutty hints, it is rolled in barley giving it a natural edible rind. Pasteurised cows milk is used and the cheese is matured for 19-20 weeks.
