We have tried to cover every question we could think you might have but if you require further help then please drop us an email and we will get straight back to you.

 

Q. When will my order arrive

We operate a two day delivery service means if your order is placed by 10am on Monday this will be with you on Wednesday. Don't worry this doesn't mean your delivery will be stuck in a van for two days, it simply gives us the time to select, prepare and package your products properly with the care and attention they deserve.

If you require your delivery sooner then please give us a call and we will do everything we can to make this happen.

 

Q. Will my order arrive safely

We have spent a lot of time finding the correct packaging solution to ensure our products reach you in the best condition possible. All orders are carefully selected, prepared and packaged in state of the art delivery boxes by our courier service UK Mail. If for any reason your products are damaged in transit then please give us a call and we will do our best to rectify the problem.

 

Q. My cheese/salami has mould on it

Don't worry, if your product arrives with mould on it then we assure you it's meant to be there ! Most charcuterie and fine cheeses have bacteria introduced during the production process, this is harmless but essential in most cases to help age the finished product, you can remove salami casings before slicing and the same goes for cheese rind although we believe that sometimes this is the best bit !

 

Q. Your website says a product is out of stock

Our website is designed to be as user friendly as possible and has full stock control intergation with our shop, occasionally this system may fail so if there is a specific product you want that is out of stock then please drop us an email or call the shop to check, in most cases we can get the products sent to us direct from the producers the very next day.

 

Q. Why don't you stock a certain product

We believe we stock some of the finest British artisan products available, due to the nature of these products many are seasonal and production may be stopped from time to time.

If there is a particular product you require then please get in touch and we will do our best to find it for you !

 

Q. How long will my products last

Possibly the most difficult question to answer !

Our large salamis and whole cuts will last a minimum of 3 months if stored in the fridge in wax paper and can also be frozen.

Our sliced charcuterie products will last up to 6 months unopened and stored in the fridge.

Our cheeses are generally best consummed within 3-4 days of delivery although most hard cheeses will generally last a lot longer if refridgerated and wrapped in wax paper.
